An insight into Bedeschi tailor-made approach, which is not just meeting clients’ requirements but supporting them in delivering the best solution. • Cargill Adelaide: This shiploader is fully mobile on rubber tires and can load grains and oilseeds on Panamax ships at a capacity of 1000 t/h received from trucks on a two-lane drive-over hopper, fully integrated and mobile with the shiploader itself.
• Puerto Brisa: 3.5 km overland conveyor from the coal storage to the shiploader on the dock. The entire system can work at a rate of 6000 tph when loading 120.000 ton DWT vessels. The travelling, slewing and luffing shiploader has a curved chute designed to enable complete distribution of the cargo inside the holds of vessels so as to avoid broken space.
• AQS: stacker with 400 t/h stacking capacity. The machine has been designed to store 100.000 t of total stored volume on 2 stacking piles
• Sonmez: shiploader, slewing, luffing and travelling type, equipped with a telescopic chute, have been installed in this cement plant port terminal. The slewing shiploader performs efficient loading under heavy duty conditions for vessel up to 55.000 DW, beam 32.2.
